You
must present a valid West Haven Public Library card
in order to borrow materials
To
obtain a West Haven Public Library card you will need
to come to the Library and provide one picture ID and
one item that has your name and current local residential
address.This can be a personal check, current utility
bill, piece of mail addressed to you at your local addressl,
etc.
You
are financially responsible for items checked out on your
card. Please do not lend your card to others.
Parents
are financially responsible for items checked out on their
child's card.
Children
under 14 must be with their parent or guardian when applying
for a card or have them sign and notarize the application.
Parents are responsible for items their children check
out.
